Hmm, how should I say ? Actually, the notebooks, is sort like diary book, have calendars, international direct dialing, world times, weights & measures, double conversion tables, meeting timetable, contacts and note. Until now, I'm still using notebook I will write down which websites have ICT information, phone's or gadgets news, streaming Korean dramas, etc. in my notebook. LOL I have too many social sites' account, so I have to write down my username and password ! XD

Hmm, for abs, there are sit-up and cycling. When you're doing cycling, lying on the bed, and put on your mind that you're cycling ~ Cycling, can burn fats at abs and thighs (2 in 1). If you want to focus on legs, you can lifting your legs, sort like marching, I don't know what's the exact name of the exercise, it's SNSD Yuri's body builder teacher exercise I saw these on videos clips, that uploaded by SONEs ~
