music PSY to Release English Single in November

PSY has just returned from the US and held a press conference in Korea on 25th October. It was announced that he will release a new single and a full-length album in late-November.
His new single is expected to be in English, while his studio album will be in Korean.

Moreover, the popular Korean singer hinted that he might hold a concert at Madison Square Garden in New York one day. He revealed, "Scooter Braun, Usher and I went to a Korean club and it came up because we were all in a good mood. But Braun didn't really remember what he has said the day after. In any case, we promised to have a concert even if at the moment there are not any confirmations".
