Name a good and bad point or habit of each member.
Nicky: Good and Bad habit???..No Comment...Flowsik and Eddie is perfect..hehe!
Flowsik: good point: Funny / bad point: NONE :)
Eddie: Nicky, he's a very caring guy. Bad thing is he's too nice. Sometimes he needs to tell us when we're doing something wrong but he's too nice to say it. Flowsik, he's very creative. Bad thing is sometimes he gets too creative and it starts to make no sense.

    Who are your favourite artists?
Nicky: Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson, Brian Mcknight, Solid
Flowsik: Jay-z, Nas, Drake, Lil Wayne, Usher, Ne-Yo, Lady Gaga, Dishwalla, and many many more.
Eddie: Babyface, Michael Jackson, Marvin Gaye

After learning more about the three, let's get a closer look at Aziatix as a group!

    AZIATIX - FATE, BROTHERHOOD, TALENT

    /i1/news/3/9944-46zxgx2fws.jpg

It was your producer, Jae Chong, who brought all of you together. How did that develop? What’s the story behind forming Aziatix?
Nicky: I was in Seoul working on my Mandarin album with big brother Jae and he introduced me to Flowsik. So then we ended up doing a track together and the song came out amazing!...A month later Jae asked me to come out to Seoul and meet up with Eddie. While I was out there me, Eddie, and Flowsik did a track called "Go". After we did "Go" we knew we were on to something cool!...One song became two, two songs became three, finally we finished the album "Nocturnal." Being in a group with the guys is always a blast. We always have fun together and it never gets lonely on the road.
Flowsik: I met Jae Chong in Korea, and we worked on a few songs. Nicky and Eddy sang on the songs as well, and when we recorded the song “Go”, that’s when it all started.
Eddie: I met Flowsik from playing basketball together and he introduced me to Jae and Nicky because they were working together. Then we recorded the song "Go" together as sort of a one-time project, and all of the sudden we were a group. Seriously, you could never plan for something like this.

Before debuting with Aziatix, you all used to have separate music careers. Are you missing those days sometimes or do you feel more comfortable in the group?
Nicky: I feel comfortable doing both because I was also in group called "Machi" and then after that I did solo records...But being in a group with Eddie and Flowsik is always a blast. We always have fun together and it never gets lonely on the road.
Flowsik: I am always open to new things. I am learning a lot.
Eddie: In a lot of ways it's much more comfortable. And we have so much fun. We eat a lot of good food, we make more new friends because all our individual friends become mutual friends, and on stage we can rely on each other for help.

Which role does each of you have in Aziatix? (Like “the mommy”, “the little brother” etc.)
Nicky: Flowsik is the father of the group, Eddie is the mother, and I'm the baby of the group..haha....we don't really have those kind of roles in the group...if we did I'd probably be the Uncle and I don't wanna be the uncle..haha
Flowsik: I bring the ganji fire.
Eddie: Nicky is definitely the veteran leader. Flowsik is the ganji-fire and I guess I'm kinda the water-cooler.

You recently released your single, Go (Acoustic). Can you tell us more about it?
Nicky: Our vocals really stand out in the acoustic version...you can really feel the lyrics. Lots of people have said they cried listening to this song...so get your tissue ready!!!
Flowsik: Just wanted to showcase all the different kinds of styles we can deliver. As a musician, mixing in all sorts of sounds and styles is what defines music.
Eddie: The acoustic version of Go was a lot of fun to record. It's always fun to switch up genres and for us that's the key. We're trying to show that we're one of the most versatile groups out right now. R&B, hip-hop, rock, ballad, dance, electronic, you name it. We can do it.

Which of your songs would you especially recommend to our readers at GoKpop to listen to? Have you got any favourite song(s)?
Nicky: Slippin' Away is one of my favorites...hope y'all like it too.
    Flowsik: Usher - Without You
Eddie: My favorite would be Be With You. It's a song that's really exciting to perform.

You received the award in the category of Best New Asian Group this year at the Mnet Asia Music Awards. How did you feel when Aziatix’s name was announced?
Nicky: It was such a blessing to win the Mama Award...Still can't believe it!...We are so grateful and we will continue to work even harder to make great music for everyone to enjoy!
Flowsik: Very grateful, and realized that we need to work even harder, this is only the beginning.
Eddie: I couldn't believe it. It's really unbelievable. I still can't believe it.

Here comes the last part of our interview with Aziatix! Check out the band's future plans and its special message to you!

    FUTURE FOR FANS

    What are your future plans?
Flowsik: We have a Japan release scheduled for January 18. Very Excited!
Eddie: We're working on a new album already.

Aziatix has released only songs in English so far. Are you planning to release songs in Korean as well to promote them on Korean music programs?
Nicky: We would love to release songs in Korean, Mandarin, Japanese, Spanish...but that all depends on if the fans want to hear...:)
Flowsik: If the fans and the general public want to hear it, we would be more than happy too!
Eddie: If enough people want it, definitely. Not just Korean but Chinese, and hoepfully Japanese too.

What’s your message to your fans at GoKpop?
Nicky: Thank you to all the fans at Gokpop!...We thank you for all the support...We love y'all!...God Bless
Flowsik: Thank you so much for all the love and support! We have a lot of plans for the upcoming year and the years to come, so let’s take this journey together! :)
Eddie: We're gonna continue to bring our A-game so please keep a look out for a lot of good music from us.
