The Rival Mission consists of two rivals per pair. The pairs are organised by two people having the similar vocal skills. The rivals are given an overnight practice and perform the next day. There is only one winner per pair.
Sadly, Gu Rim was eliminated in Episode 9, when the young talents remade hits from 1960–2010. She was covering 1968, Choi Hwi Joon's "Boarder".
