Then Juniel decided to go Japan in June 2010 to study more about music because there were many singer-songwriters. She had her guitar lessons in FNC Academy together with F.T Island's Choi Jonghun/jonghoon & CNBLUE's Jonghyun. She did not intend to become a singer in Japan but intended to learn music at first. While going to the Japanese school, she appeared on many live events in Tokyo, and she performed many street live.
