The group was first mentioned by the press in late 2008, YG Entertainment announced that the group would consist of four members and debut sometime in May 2009.[4] The company stated that the group had trained for 4 years, and that their debut album would contain songs produced by 1TYM Leader Teddy Park.[4][5][6] The group's name was initially announced as "21"; however, due to the discovery of a singer with the same name, the group was quickly renamed "2NE1".[7] close
I love these girls! In my opinion they are one of the most talented ladies in the K-Pop scene!! I can't wait for their 1st full album!! 2NE1 hwaiting!!

I LOVE 2NE1! omg, so like I was randomly shopping in Beverly Hills LA, and I met Sandara, CL, and Minzy! I was so starstruck, but I managed to get a pic! gahh they look stunning in real life! (: Yesterday at ISA, I met with Aimee Lee Lucas, YG and 2NE1's choreographer, and she said that their new album will be the bomb! gahhh can't wait!

Oh my god I watched the Clap Your Hands MV last night they REALLY are making a comeback, I'm blown away by Clap Your Hands, and thats not even my favorite, Cant Nobody is my favorite, I wonder how much they will blow us all away tomorrow... Or they might leak it late tonight hahaha I hope they do omg, i've never liked 2NE1 like this before, they look way better too, CL, blonde, Minzy, long back, Bom(my fav), Red, Dara, Brown. I love them! I still love Miss A the most though XDD
