The group consists of five members, three are mixed race Korean, (Juliane, Tia, Melanie), and the other two are Korean (Min Soa, Jae Yoon). Tia, Melanie, and Julianne's fathers are all U.S Army soldiers.
Announced as the first mixed race girl group in South Korea, the group debuted with their 1st digital single "Syndrome (신드롬)" on August 17th 2011 and on live music programs M! Countdown on August 18, 2011.
It was revealed the group would be holding their first comeback with a mini-album in December. Promotions for "I Like It" began on the 3rd of December, 2011 at the K-pop Con. The music video and mini-album were planned to be released on December 15th. On December 6th, as a response to fans' questions, Paramount Music revealed that the final date for the mini-album release was delayed to December 15th, 2011.
Also, to clear up any misunderstandings, it was revealed that due to severe health issues, member Jae Yoon couldn't participate in the album, and that promotions would go on with 4 members for this album. -source: wikipedia
