Singapore – 26,000 concert-goers made a history last Friday 23rd November 2012 to witness the glamorous and extravagant concert of the year – SMTown World Tour III in Singapore held at The Float @ Marina Bay.
SM Entertainment has opened 2 new official SNS (social networking system) channels to share information with international fans.
With the expansion of k-pop bands around the world SM has decided to keep the contact with fans around the world opening a Twitter and as well as a Weibo account to keep fans updated with the latest news about Kagta, BoA, Trax, TVXQ, Super Junior, Girls' Generation, SHINee, F(x), J-Min and EXO.
SM usually shares updates and information through its Facebook page, but with these new 2 accounts fans will be able to get a closer look at their idols and their activities.

On November 30th it's finally time for the Mnet Asian Music Awards 2012. K-pop artists PSY, Super Junior, EXO-K, Ailee, 2NE1, BoA, BEAST and many more are nominated in a total of 20 different categories.

Pop Dust is currently holding a survey to discover "The Greatest K-Pop Song of All Time"!.
The competition includes some of the hottest k-pop idols who have been able to take their tracks to the top of the charts on the past years.
During the first round idols are divided in 4 categories, girl groups, boy bands, female solo and male solo, and they compete who passes to the next stage. So far they are still on the first round so it is the moment to vote for your favorite song of all times according to pop dust.

The SM TOWN Live World Tour III in Jakarta, was held in Gelora Bung Karno Stadium on 22nd September 2012. More than 35,000 tickets sold and the stadium was filled with ocean of audience on the concert day.

SMTOWN Live World Tour III in Singapore will see a star-studded line-up of K-pop groups such as Super Junior, Girls’ Generation and BoA in a massive $5 million production concert. A limited 18,000 tickets from $168 to $268 will be available from 29 Sep 2012 – 1 Oct 2012 for priority booking; and 2 Oct 2012 onwards for public sale.

After W Productions and MP Entertainment announced the SMTOWN Live World Your III in Jakarta, Indonesia, they revealed more info about the ticket sales at the press conference on Monday, 06 August 2012 at Sands Ballroom, Mangga Dua Square.

BoA's latest album "Only One" has topped all major Korean music charts, achieving an All-Kill.
The singer's latest album was released digitally on July 22nd. Within hours of its release, the album had topped all of Korea's major music charts.
"Music charts All-Kill!!!!! Ah~~ I can go to sleep with a happy feeling~~ Let’s meet tomorrow at the BoA comback show 4354~~~ Good night (-:," the singer tweeted after achieving the feat.
In commemoration of her comeback, the singer will film a special show titled "BoA 4354", performing her latest song for the first time. The special will air on SBS on July 28th.

Amidst the overflow of idols making their respective debut and comebacks, BoA is ready to make a comeback after 2 long years with her 7th studio album entitled "Only One". Just hours ago, the dance music video of her album's carrier track "Only One was unveiled at the official Youtube channel of SM Entertainment.
The song is composed and written by BoA herself and features a more matured musical sensitivity and various types of music. And of course, it is not BoA if it's not accompanied with a very intricate and complex choreography.
Her physical album is set to be released on July 25, 2012.

BoA will make a comeback with the 7th album ‘Only One’.
This album is her first album released in two years since she released the 6th album ‘Hurricane Venus’ in 2010. As the album contains BoA’s more matured musical sensitivity and various types of music, it is expected to draw the attention of music fans.
Especially, the title song ‘Only One’ is written and composed by BoA.
On July 22nd, all the tracks of the 7th album will be released on various music websites including iTunes, Genie, MelOn, Olleh Music, etc. and the album will also be available in stores from July 25th.
Moreover, BoA became a style icon by making massive headlines with her makeup, hair style and dresses she showed on recent TV shows and magazines.

Are you ready for her comeback?
During the past months we have seen an overflowing amount of k-pop idols entering into the Japanese music market.
In the past only established k-pop artists in Korea tried this and had to start from zero just like BoA, TVXQ, Se7en, Big Bang and more. They all waited at least a couple of years, or even more, before trying to conquer the Japanese fans. However, nowadays rookies have started to make releases in Japan as soon as they debut presenting the same tracks in Japanese.
There are a few different styles k-pop idols use to debut in Japan and we will explain a few of them to you as well as some differences between the 2 markets that will help you understand why some names or videos are different.

BoA has confirmed that she will return to the Korean music scene with a new album this summer.
"BoA is currently in the process of preparing for a comeback this summer," an announcement stated.
Originally, it was planned for BoA to make her comeback during the early part of the summer. However, to perfect her new album, the singer delayed the album to a later part of the summer.
BoA's upcoming album will be her first Korean album in years. Her last Korean album, "Hurricane Venus", was released on August 5th, 2010.
BoA was a guest on the latest episode of KBS' "Win Win". During the program, she revealed that she has had a secret relationship with a celebrity.
After revealing that she was in a relationship without the media finding out, the show's host MC Kikwang asked how she managed to accomplish such a feat. BoA responded, "During my promotions, there were times I wasn’t allowed to go out and I also had my cellphone confiscated. We just exchanged text messages. Since we never met outside, there was no chance for rumors to arise."
The host then asked the singer if her secret boyfriend was a celebrity, to which BoA responded with a simple yes. She then revealed that this secret relationship occurred two years before her first real relationship.
BoA will be a guest on an upcoming episode of "Win Win". During the program, the singer talked about why she never attended college.
Growing up, BoA was a very bright child. She entered middle school ranking at the top of her class. However, things began to go downhill as she rose to fame.
"As I started my promotions in Japan during my school days, I was unable to attend school often and thus I ended up quitting school. I obtained my high school diploma by taking the G.E.D. test," she revealed.
After being able to even complete high school due to her career, BoA decided that there would be no point in going to college while she continued to be a star. "I realized with my singing career I could only be a phantom student. I didn’t want to attend school just for show," she said.
"I can’t have everything. Instead of school, I have gained life experiences by promoting as a singer and dancer. I’m thankful that I’m able to receive love from people doing the things I love," she stated.
