After Stardom Entertainment released their press release regarding Block B's lawsuit against them, the group has released their own statement refuting many of the company's claims.
Stardom Entertainment explained that the company company has been paying the group according to their contract and that any lack of payments was due to the group not making any money. "This is false. The actual truth will be revealed in court," Block B's statement said.
Block B also called out Stardom Entertainment for lying about Mr. Lee falsely claiming to be the company's CEO. "They are just trying to deny responsibility. Stardom has explicitly and implicitly agreed to use the title CEO for Mr. Lee from the beginning," they said.
In regards to other issues brought up by Stardom entertainment, Block B has refuted the validity of their statement, dismissing it as the company's attempt to distract people from the real issues at hand.
"We ask that Stardom stop making comments that mislead the media and the public and apologize for causing our fans to worry," Block B stated.

After Block B filed a lawsuit against them for not paying the group since April of 2011, Stardom Entertainment has released a press release explaining their side of the story.
According to the agency, the company has paid the group what they were entitled to. While the group was supposed to paid on the 25th of every month, from the period of April 2011 to October of 2011, the company claims there was no earnings from the group, and thus was not obligated to pay them. Furthermore, their contract was changed in March of 2012 when the group members' parents visited and an agreement to pay them every 3 months was made.
Block B has also sued the company over $70,000 that the CEO, Mr. Lee, took from the group members' parents from promotional activities before disappearing, taking the money with him. Stardom Entertainment has revealed that Mr. Lee was only a manager for the company, but forged documents that called him the CEO. The company was not aware of these actions, ...

Block B has filed a lawsuit against their agency Stardom due to the company neglecting to pay them over the past year and has asked that their contract be nullified.
According to reports, the group file the suit with the Seoul Central District Court, stating that their contract guaranteed that they would be paid on the 25th of every month, but have not received any payments since April of 2012.
The suit goes on to claim that the group's financial issues with Stardom started last March when things such as appearances, their involvement with various dramas and the inauguration of their Japanese fan club were not included as part of their pay. The following month, they simply weren't paid at all.

Block B's members had gone through a lot of hard times last month due their Thailand interview controversy.
Well, 3 of Block B’s members, Zico, Jaehyo and P.O appeared on the pilot episode of MBC’s Everyone’s latest program, ‘Survival King’ which was broadcasted on March 1st. The members took part in the first mission, “Survive without Light” where they have to pass by the electric bars in the dark although there were no electric bars actually. Basically, the sounds of the electric currents were made but the boys did not know about it. The boys were in fear since they were in the dark.
In the episode, Zico was asked, “Without what would you have the hardest time to survive?” He replied, “The love from my fans” and expressed his love to his fans.
However, the first episode was filmed on Feb 15th, before the controversy happened.

On the past days Block B has received a series of critics due to their attitude during an interview.
This is not the first time an idol has been criticized due to their manners or misbehavior. From not paying attention in a show, talking on the stage, to vocal or dancing mistakes idols have been under the eye of press and fans.
We are not going to defend the attitude of the boys or say they are just kids and made something wrong. The consequences of their acts will have to be faced by the members of the band and the company who already apologized after noticing their mistake.
The problem now is not the behavior of the boys but the one by the broadcasting companies, netizens and press.
This is not indeed the first time a problem like this arises but certainly the suicide petition has left the area of educating to one of harassing where even the members have been affected.
Keep reading the article for more details.

Although there isn't any official statement regarding their appearance on music programs but it is hard for the boys to appear on broadcast at the moment after the interview controversy.
According to a staff from one of the music programs, Block B might be restricted from appearing on the music program until the problem is resolved. One source from the industry stated, "Music programs are like a platform to connect Kpop and their fans. Everyone is watching it. So it would be kinda problematic to allow group who has done something wrong to make an appearance?"

Well Block's B maknae, P.O's condition appears to have worsened since the incident. Several cruel netizen began a petition filing for Block B's suicide seems to have led up to his hospitalization on February 24th. He missed out the live performance on M!Countdown due to his state of health.
